How does Health Fairs Direct come up with so many innovative health and wellness solutions?
It is in our corporate DNA!
HFD joined the corporate health and wellness industry back in 1997 when there was really no industry to speak of. We came into a rather wild and undisciplined arena that was not really geared towards creating healthier and more productive employees. The founders of Health Fairs Direct asked a simple question that had no immediate answer, which was; Where are the rest of the resources? How do we impinge on employees to make their lives healthier? How do we interest them in attending health fairs, getting their biometrics, learning about how to become and stay healthy?
The industry was so void of real answers at that time that we didn’t even hear crickets!
So, HFD set out to create more interactive events, to find innovative ways to get employees involved so we can create opportunities where they can learn something new, where they can experience something new and where we can help change the downward trends in the health and wellbeing of our workforce.
Since we never stopped innovating. We have been copied many times but never duplicated. And as the industry grew and became overwhelmed with lots of “new ideas” designed to set the thousands of new wellness companies apart, HFD never chased the latest fad, we continued to innovate and find even more ways to positively impact corporations. We still focus on making the foundation of any company healthier, stronger and more competitive, their employees!
