Human Rights, Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

At Health Fairs Direct Inc., we are committed to upholding the fundamental principles of human rights and dignity. As part of our dedication to ethical practices and social responsibility, we recognize the pervasive threat posed by slavery and human trafficking in today’s world. We firmly believe that every individual deserves to live a life free from exploitation and coercion. Therefore, we have developed the following policy statement to guide our actions and ensure that our business operations do not contribute to or perpetuate these egregious violations of human rights.

Definition and Scope:

Slavery and human trafficking encompass a range of practices that exploit individuals for labor, services, or commercial sex through force, fraud, or coercion. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners associated with JMBL Personnel Inc., regardless of their role or location.

Commitment to Prevention:

We are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our operations. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing robust due diligence processes, and providing training to our employees and partners to recognize and address signs of exploitation.

Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain Transparency:

We recognize the importance of transparency and accountability in our supply chain. We will work diligently to ensure that our suppliers and business partners adhere to the highest ethical standards and do not engage in practices that contribute to slavery or human trafficking. This includes conducting regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with our standards.

Collaboration and Advocacy:

We understand that addressing slavery and human trafficking requires collective action. Therefore, we will actively collaborate with industry peers, governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to advocate for stronger legislation, promote best practices, and support initiatives aimed at combating these human rights abuses.

Reporting and Remediation:

We are committed to providing avenues for reporting concerns related to slavery and human trafficking. Any employee or stakeholder who suspects or observes potential violations of this policy is encouraged to come forward without fear of retaliation. Reports will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate remedial actions will be taken in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

We recognize that our efforts to combat slavery and human trafficking are ongoing and evolving. Therefore, we will regularly review and update this policy to reflect emerging trends, best practices, and stakeholder feedback. We remain dedicated to continuous improvement in our pursuit of a world free from exploitation and injustice.
